Elderberry Balsamic BBQ Sauce


8 oz jar Dorothy's Elderberry Jelly

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup Balsamic

2 Tbls Worcester Sauce

2 tps Dijon Mustard

4 tps paprika

1 tps grnd ginger

2 Tbls Lemon juice

Combine ingredients in over a medium heat, bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often until the sauce begins to thicken, about 12 minutes. Use to baste meats in the last 5 minutes of grilling.
